Motul Throttle Body Clean is a high-performance cleaner especially developed for cleaning of throttle valve, throttle body, idling control valve, intake valve, carburettors etc. A cleaning agent for repair, assembly, and regular maintenance work.

Motul Throttle Body Clean quickly and effectively remove deposits at throttle bodies, throttle valves, idling control valves and intake valves without dismantling. Regular cleaning improves the idling and engine acceleration performance, Reduces fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. Motul Throttle Body Clean leaves no residues after cleaning 

Cleaning Process 1. Start engine, let it idle for 5mins and turn it off, dismantle the intake hose from the throttle body. 2. Start the engine again and rev it up to approximately 2500 rpm. 3. Slowly spray Motul Throttle Body Clean into the throttle valve, Pay attention to control the speed of spraying and the revolving speed of the engine. 4. After spraying, maintain the engine at 2500 rpm for 2-3 min. During the cleaning process, white smoke may be emitted from the exhaust pipe and this is a normal phenomenon. 5. Once product is fully dispensed out, white smoke will not be emitted anymore. After confirming that there is no idling instability, the cleaning operation is completed, and the intake hose can be reassembled 6. If necessary, dismantle the throttle valve and other components to clean further.
