Couriers that we use
All orders are sent using either Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fedex, TNT, Startrack Express, Toll, UPS and the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of purchases. Postage costs depend on the amount/type of products you buy.
We reserve the right to choose a different carrier at our discretion.
When should I expect my order?
All orders are generally sent within 1-2 business days once payment has been received, or, in the case of a pre-order, when the product becomes available, however, please allow up to 3 business days once payment has been received for us to send your order. If we are unable to deliver your order to you within 30 days of the date of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel the order and are entitled to receive a full refund. Shipping may occur after 5 days if a later shipping date is specified. Special Orders can not be cancelled.
Orders are only sent Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays in Sydney, Australia
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Orders will be sent to your "Ship" address as determined by your account details. Please make sure this info is 100% correct before placing an order as it is not our responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.
Vega Autosports is not responsible for any items that are "Lost" in the mail. If you think your order has been lost or sent to the wrong address please contact us at email@example.com. We will endeavour to do everything we can to locate your order.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- Any Duties / Charges / Taxes / Return Shipping that are incurred by us (Vega Autosports) will be passed onto the buyer.
